Payment
©     Priority of item(s) is given to those who have paid first.

©     Full sum refund will be made for Out Of Stock item(s)

©     All payments are to be made to POSB Savings 209-76877-1 asap (within 24 hr) upon confirmation so as to secure your item(s).
Invoices do not secure your item(s).

©     After payment is made, reply FF’s email with: 

o   For ATM Transfers:
i.                    Clear snapshot of the transaction receipt (scanned receipts will not be accepted)
ii.                 Date & Time of transfer
iii.               Amount transferred

o   For Internet Banking:
i.                    IB nick
ii.                 Date & Time of transfer
iii.               Amount transferred

Exchange & Refund Policy
©     All goods sold are non-exchangeable unless in event of manufacturing defects.

©     Before requesting for an exchange, ensure that item is not washed or tried.

©     In your email of request for exchange, kindly attach a picture of the defected item.

©     All exchanges are to be done within 3 days upon reception of parcel.

©     FF apologizes that there will be strictly no refunds.

©     In occasion when item is sold out, credit exchange will be implemented. Credits can be used for other items, which include those in FF’s future collections.
